SSR Speedstar wheels...
Comes in 10x6 with +3 offset and 10x6.5 with -3 offset.
Mini Delta sells another version with +5 offset.

Anyone knows the meaning behind the offset numbers?

Not Mawers. I am not sure what they are but I know that they are not Mawers.
