Hi, I have a mini with normal drums on the back, and I've been running dunlop/tasman mags on the car. But they rub. The mini I got the mags off (an old wreck I own) had spacer drums on it, so needless to say, didn't rub. My question is, can I swap the spacer drums easily? As in, do I have to change the shoes and all, or just the outer drum?

Presuming neither are machined oversize, Or if they are, they are machined the same oversize!

You need to swap the wheel studs over too! Which requires all four hubs to be pulled off.

Yes , just the spacer drums themselves and the studs which are longer . As Matt said there is always a chance that the drums may be oversize ground or the shoes you have at present are oversized and the spacer drums aren't but just look at how well they fit in the drum first .

Make sure you change over the little screw that keeps the drum on too - it is longer as well. Should be a nice easy swap (in theory).

well, yes you should change that too but you don't really NEED it... the wheel holds the drum on quite sufficiently! of course if you do chris Z or a BIAM (i've done it too...) and have a wheel come off, then you could be in strife...
