 Post subject: Carbie spring choice

i have a 1275 fairly hot cam, double valve springs etc and have bens sc12 kit almost fitted untill i get onto a dyno i wont be running the charger to avoid any damage. my question is, when i do dyno the car am i better off going a tougher spring (with a custom needle) or a standard spring spring? what dyno read outs will suggest to do either? cheers chris
