Just after some help I've got a nugget gold 1978 1275 LS. I am trying to get it back to its original condition as I know they are rare like this. Im after Photos of the interior mainly. from anyone that has the same car or pictures of the same car. also I would like to know how to tell what build number it is and how many nugget gold LS's were made, if anyone knows Thanks |

Chris Zerial (czerial on here) is doing a 1275LS register and should be able to answer that (and most other questions) for you , he's currently touring around Europe though so not sure how quick he can get back to you , send him a PM and see what happens . |

The latest mini experience has an article on both the ss and LS minis. Try and grab a copy and have a read. Ryan |

Ryan LS and LS minis are a fair bit different to 1275 LS's a couple of weeks ago someone was asking about recolouring their 1275LS seats to black - do a search and find them and buy their seats! |

Hi, as far as I know 600 gold and 400 silver were made,I have a silver 1275LS which has only travelled 68 000 km,which I got off the original owner, it's in the readers cars section of issue 10 of TME,I think the 1275LS was the best Leyland mini made except for the GT. I love driving it, although it spends most of its time in the garage,Tony |
