Where will I be able to buy a new wiring harness for my 61 Woody? mainly require the front section with meterial covering etc. Approximately how much? Thanks Garry |

I bought my wiring harness from Minispares in the UK. This one might suit your car. http://www.minispares.com/Product.aspx?pid=33429 You can buy a separate back harness for the woody/estates http://www.minispares.com/Product.aspx?pid=33793 I think a single harness would cost under $300 including freight. Thanks for those leads. The resto is getting bigger all the time. I have a mate going to the UK next month so may get him to bring me one home. Imagine the xray of his suite case. Thanks Garry |

They didn't seem concerned with my carry-on bag which was a Ford 302Boss cylinder head wrapped in cardboard.

The repro looms are great, might be worth the question however, some are soldered at each connection, and some are not. The solder connections will be there for the ages. They trounce all over even a well crimped connector for performance over time. BTW, My old man got pinged 5 years when he came back in the country with food supplements in his bag (white powder in a container  ) without declaring them as such...even today I get a uncomfortable and stony silence when I mention it, the old lady always gets antsy and wanders off to another room.... I guess they had nothing to do but a cavity search while the supplements were still being being checked mmm BAHAHAHAHAHAA

i got a wiring loom from classic wiring looms never had a problem and everything is tagged,and all plugs are soldered |
