Hi guys, unfortunately the time has come to sell my mini due to money and moving issues.

At the moment the mini is in pieces. Basically I'm looking for some advice.

I have 2 dry subframes, 2 wet. a 1275cc engine, some contessa alloys. These are the good parts. The rest of the car is still in tact from being on the road, its a 67 deluxe with a couple of dents, but otherwise ok.

Do you think I should but the 2 dry frames in and sell the body as a rolling shell, then sell the engine seperately? Or but the engine back in and get it moving (all the wiring is still good).

Bit of a weird question, but I appreciate any advice, cheers, matt.

I think it would bring more as a rolling shell and your parts as listed, unless it's made presentable, on the road and registered... and if in bits now that's a bit of work for maybe no gain in the end.

Changed my mind! In case anyone cares, in the last couple of days I have stripped down the dry subframes and painted them, now putting my parts back on to them to get the shell rolling again. Then the engine rebuild.

Just a quick question, is it a difficult procedure to change to hi-lo's once subframes are in the car? I was thinking of buying some now, but A: dont have any coin, B: need to get it rolling ASAP as I'm moving house.
