Today I polished Pops with Ajax! He had lots of 'stains' in the paintwork, probably from sitting for so long and not being washed. I tried cutting compound, polishes, paint cleaners, and finally Ajax, which did the best job of restoring old paint I have ever seen. When I was really young, my grandfather polished his new HJ kingswood with Mr Sheen!! What strange product have you used to clean your car? |

Ajax works really well for honing dashpots as well - cleans the gunk out and gets the surface all nice... thanks for the link JAM, I'll give the ajax a go |
