I bit the bullet this week and started a full workshop makeover. I think its going well after 3 days solid work, my back and left knee disagree

They work a treat (i dont have that brand but same thing) the only problem i had is when you want to move the compressor else where, say to do something out the front... Then you have to revert back to the old hose getting tangled around everything again

I've been giving the garage a major cleanout, in preparation of bare metal / rotisserie rebuild. What a lot of junk. Why did I need five rolls of window seal foam, seven rolls of thread seal tape and lord knows how many speakers? Put some stuff in the attic, some in the shed, threw a heap out and it's looking much better. Could almost get a mini in there one day (once I move my motorbike, MTB and the kids' bikes out...)

I have one of those coily air hoses for non-spraying duties, which works well. For spraying I use a normal hose which lives on a hook out of the way most of the time.

At that price, why not mount one at the front of the garage, and one inside with quick connectors?
I don't know how they would go trying to spray a car though. I would have thought you'd spend some of the time trying to fight it not to rewind instead of concentrating on the spraying?

The thought is that this will be for the quick jobs like tyres and air drying parts or a quick blow to get rid of dirt etc. For spraying I'll have the hose I have now (20 metres) and use the other connection on the T piece. The holder comes with 10 metres of hose. Figure I'll hang it from the roof someabout the middle of the garage so it will easily reach everywhere.
