Go to your profile (little tab on the top of the screen) and I think right at the bottom is the box for uploading your "avatar" which is the little photo I think you mean (my avatar is me with my two boy's) . it has to be a certain size though but you can figure that bit out .

Download a gif animator, make up a series of gif images (from your jpg's) and then animate - you can then have a cool one like mine!

i had one a while ago for about a week but took it off because some of the ones came out like chops, cartoony, and others were in proportion haha.

just google one and youll normally be able to find a 30 day trial version.

If you are really good it can look like mine!
<---------<<<

It was actually a pain to make, I had to pic a heap of photos and then work out which ones would look good that small. Then I had to work out how to make the rectangular ones square to match the others. (notice some of them have a black stripe top and bottom) I had to use three different programs to make it.

Just crop the jpg/jpeg pics you want so they are square, then resize (I think mine are all 100x100) then save as .gif (use paint for this). Then you load them into the animator software and choose the timing.

The animator I used is Microsoft GIF Animator

I used to have this one I think, but it's now too wide and I can't be bothered to do it again

I'm saving animation until I find the picture of me as nerdy looking 18 year old in Buddy Holly glasses (only the oldies would know about that) leaning against my Mini and switch it with a present day pic - Can't find that first one but. It's in storage somewhere :?

(PS I didn't do the Fatso)

You stick a link (complete with img code) to the photo in your signature line.

I got all organised last night , fiddled around and saved photo's of my mini's as gif's , downloaded a free gif animator and made a nice little slideshow .... Then found the free gif animator branded the images with their own advertising so deleted it and gave up  . Will try again later ....
