I have a later model 2 speed wiper motor approx a 71 model, it travels beyond the windscreen at each end of it's travel. It worked on my 68 deluxe RH park when I got the car. I did have it apart to clean up and relube.

Can the sweep be adjusted?

Ours does the same, it's a 67 RH park, with a 71 Clubby motor.
You would need to change the wheelboxes to the later type, but no I don't know if they fit the early scuttle panel or rack.
I'm going back to the old square motor... :wink:
