You can't go wrong with a standard clubman S flare. Doogie |

+1 for Standard clubman S flares. None ugly screw-on stuff, and still get a chrome strip down the side! ![]() So UK fibreglass flares look cool, but inevitably you'll drill some holes. Stick to the Aussie flares. |

I'd nearly rather drill holes for flares than weld the extra strip on for original flares. |

The strips don't need to be welded, although they are easiest done this way..you can also pop rivet them on. The only ones I have been able to remove suscessfully have been rivetted. I think John was going to remake the extensions @ < 20 bucks per extension. |

I like the standard flares as well. The chrome strip along the edge accentuates the shape of the flares. Pete |

Screw on flares same colour as the car... look great. I dun like the chrome personally but depends on the rest of the car. Pete. |

I had a set of flares on my Mini Van back in the 70's that were exactly like the standard ones (metal plate riveted to wheelarch, plastic cover, chrome strip) but they were about 30mm wider. They were aftermarket. Haven't seen any in a long time though. Pete |
