Hey guys/gals, I have a 1970 Mini K and I have really squeaky suspension, especially on the left hand side. Any ideas what this would be and how it stop it? It is driving me nuts. P.S. I am a pretty terrible mechanic, so if this is a really dumb question take it easy on me...... Thanks, Ben. |

could also be that the grease has dried out in the rubbers of the bottom arm, subframe side of arm, or the rubbers are stuffed |

I did that. It didn't stop the squeaking, but my shirt doesn't chafe me so bad anymore. ![]() |

I have the same problem, and on my car it's the top arm pivot shaft Babi g seized up. I've tried to get some grease in there bit it's no-go, I'll have to pull out the heavy artillery and pull it all down. I'd you can get some grease in there it should improve. |
