Guys,

Looking to have some carbon fibre bonnets made up for a round nose mini. Will only be feasible if it is a group buy and even then they will cost - $700 per bonnet.

If I get 6 commitments then I will go ahead with getting them manufactured.

Any takers?? PM me if you are interested, I will ask for deposits if we go ahead.

Dan

Potentially. I am in the same boat as you Dan with the top mount interwarmer.

See if Curley will send you one - they wont ship outside UK unless you arrange for courier to pick up. Will cost a lot to get one landed here.

Unfortunately these are the costs involved in getting things done locally made from scratch - price around the cost of getting mould made (it will be much more than the cost of the bonnet alone from Curley) and that is what brings the price up.

Also, when you factor in that thats roughly $350 Aus, and then its a Mk3 (which I believe is clubman style hinges, ie moved further apart, but I could be wrong). And as stated, shipping for something like that would cost just as much, so its not that much better really, if at all.

Hey Josh,

I had a heap of CF bits imported from Curleys last year - the price was really reasonable.

I haved an distributorship agreement with Curleys if anyone is interested.......

It will be a standard mini bonnet.

I would have mine modified as at seperate cost.
