I think Cortina GT's too.
A lot of british cars that used Smiths have them.

I think the MGB Mk1 (3 bearing) tacho was cable driven, just like MGA...so MGB MKII maybe.

definetley out of a MGB mk2.
It's the same tacho as in my mgb
