Need to replace my door seals and wondering if this is a hard job?

Dead easy, once you remove the door check strap and the alloy strip at bottom.
Start in the middle of the bottom run and work your way round. I thump it in with my hand. Don't hit it with a hammer, you will spread the pinchweld and it will become loose.

Just make sure that it is still pushed into all the corners BEFORE you cut it. I cut one on my car too short cause I didn't bother checking it :x It can work itself away from the corners if you are not careful.

I agree with doc with using your hand to bang it into place

When you cut it, leave it about 5mm too long.
Then, pull the last foot or so up off the bottom rail, butt the ends so they touch, and push it back down.
