well very exciting weekend for me this weekend im going to pick up my first cooper s  and looking forward to it. it needs a full restore just a shell 1967 lake green with white top has disks glass doors boot and bonnet.... has a little bit of rust but nothin serious....... and man am i excited and im only 18 and getting a cooper S...... ill put some pics up this weekend hopefully

Well done! You will have a ball. I got mine 14 months ago and it will see the road for the first time late November. Take your time and enjoy. It is a duty of ours to keep these jewels on the road and bringing smiles to everyone.

if you want a paint sample let me know. I have LAKE GREEN paint left over from my restoration. A panel beater matched it from behind the dash ( no weathering) I can send you a bit for your paint place to match. And same with the engine paint. |

ok ok ok fellas and gals im payin 2500 for it..... and man im lookin forward to gettin it so excited so ill be on the hunt for some light green interior soon when i get some more dough!!!

could we be opening up the engine paint debates again... and how to get some. if someone actually has a paint code for the metallic cooper engine paint please fess up. |

He told me it is nowhere near complete (no engine etc) but I agree it's a bargain for a straight S body.
