What is the correct size for the alternator pully? I have two ACRs (16 and 17) sitting on the shelf and the pulleys are different diameters.

Smaller one will give better charge at low RPM.
Solid cast iron pulleys wear less than the split tin ones do.
If pulley is worn to a U shape, bin it.:wink:
