Smaller one will give better charge at low RPM.
Solid cast iron pulleys wear less than the split tin ones do.
If pulley is worn to a U shape, bin it.

What is the correct size for the alternator pully? I have two ACRs (16 and 17) sitting on the shelf and the pulleys are different diameters. |
