well very exciting weekend for me this weekend im going to pick up my first cooper s :) and looking forward to it. it needs a full restore just a shell 1967 lake green with white top has disks glass doors boot and bonnet.... has a little bit of rust but nothin serious....... and man am i excited and im only 18 and getting a cooper S...... ill put some pics up this weekend hopefully

Well done! You will have a ball. I got mine 14 months ago and it will see the road for the first time late November. Take your time and enjoy. It is a duty of ours to keep these jewels on the road and bringing smiles to everyone. :)

if you want a paint sample let me know. I have LAKE GREEN paint left over from my restoration. A panel beater matched it from behind the dash ( no weathering) I can send you a bit for your paint place to match. And same with the engine paint.

He told me it is nowhere near complete (no engine etc) but I agree it's a bargain for a straight S body. :wink:
