| Post subject: | Removing tail lights cooper s |
Is there a knack to removing the tail lights without removing the fuel tanks? I have a dodgy connection in the back of the tail light causing faulty brake lights, indicators to spaz up etc etc. Spent an hour or so watching my mate dislocating his wrists and scuffing his knuckles ( i provided liquid refreshments) trying to get his hands in behind to remove the nuts. Finally got passenger side out but thinking the tank is gonna have to come out to get them back in again. Are we being lepers or is their a trick to it? Going to replace both sides while we are at it. |

Take the tanks out, it will be much easier in the long run. Dave |
