Guys and girls,

I just built myself a really good compressed air system that can run sandblasting, air sanders, spray guns etc for less than $300.

Here's the go.

Nip down to super cheap auto and buy yourself three of their 2hp compressors at $79 each plus seven hose fittings four with threads on the back.
Go to your local industrial gas supply company and ask them for an out of date oxygen bottle, or try a scapyard. either way your just paying scrap value.
Tap the three compressors in to the bottle and take one fitting out as the feed to your tools, put the regulator on here. I've now got 132L of compressed air with enough motor power to keep it fully topped up for next to nothing; when you consider a 6hp 150L compressor would cost you at least $800.
