Post subject: | Water Pump Impeller |
Hi guys, I'm not having much luck finding a deep impeller (or kit containing one) for a 1275 S original cast iron water pump. Any ideas? Kind regards Al |

I think Al wants to recondition the original S water pump..... I've got my original pump stored away for the same purpose, when a kit appears, I'll grab one Mini King? |

I have not been able to buy a kit for the water pump for some time now, However what I do is have the old cast iron impellor machined where it wears near the seal area and take the same amount of the impellor, Providing this is not excessive, then fit back together with new seal and bearing |

Thanks guys. I am trying to find a couple of impellers so that I can build up a spare pump and have a spare impeller for one day. The spare pump I have has a shallow impeller and I want to fit a deep impeller like I've got fitted to me engine now. It had a shallow impeller originally but I've slightly modifed the block to take the bigger pump. I'll try Miniking, thanks Simon. Al |
