I think they ran it over with there forktruck or something...... but they sure made a mess of it, it also had some roller rockers in it aswell but they (with a bit of a dress up) should be ok....

Being registered, was it insured?

I am pretty sure the first $100 is covered by being registered, and you have to pay for a higher amount of insurance on top of that....

Rotten mongrels though....they pretty much dont have to answer to anyone for lost parcels/letters, and if you dont register/insure them then they really dont care....

I am just amazed at the condition of it- it was packed in a box with bubble wrap on it! I have never seen a parcel like that in my life!

God they are dodgy buggers :roll:

Hope that a fair bit of the cost is covered by them.

:shock: They did one hell of a job on it.
Thing is, they then have the cheek to deliver it like that :evil:

I saw this dodgy guy run from my house & take off in a 4WD Saturday a week ago. Turns out he was the Post contractor delivering my parcel (ebay from an Ausminier) a week and a half after it was posted.

Suppose I was lucky they didn't just throw it as they drove past.

The post contractor where we used to live would just throw packages randomly over our wall and sign for things himself.

Had been talking to an ebayer that sent me some stuff about the parcel going missing, he said he'd checked and the tracking number confirmed it had been signed for by me. I eventually found the package amongst the undergrowth in the garden, 2 weeks later

Then after we moved, they delivered a computer (addressed to us) to the new residents. Combination of the new residents being dodgy and happy to sign for a package which wasn't for them and the contractor who obviously didn't care.

Luckily at our last place and now at our new house, the only complaint I have is that they always ring the bell bang on 7am. Invariably that means the contractor gets an eyeful of me in my undies.

He's lucky, anyone knocks on my door at that time in the morning is getting

a) an eyeful of me starkers briefly while being;
b) chased off the property by one hungry dog

:twisted: :twisted:
