I have pressed out the old bushes, drilled the hole in the new bushes and pressed the new bushes in. But do the new bushes need reaming and if so to what size/clearance?

Cheers,
Alex

Yes they need reaming to 9/16" (0.5625"). Add .0005" (1/2 a thou) clearance is right KC says, any more and they just wear fast.
