Bond Roll bars in Regents Park to a good new half cage.

The Alloy one looks pretty schmick but is only for looks. If you are thinking of using it for supersprints or expanding it to a six point in the future you must put a steel one in.

I paid abour $350 for my half cage (alloy) about 4 years ago.

I do know of a second hand one for sale but not sure of the quality. Let me knwo if you would like me to chase it up.

you can get away with a alloy cage in a road registered car at supersprints because they do not have to have a CAMS logbook.

otherwise CAMS rules are that all cages have to be steel and i believe that they must also have only welded joints now. makes it expensive because the old cheap bolt together cages are not allowed any more.

there is another place around the corner from Bonds who also do good mini cages, but i can't remember their name.

Thanks Mick Mini I think you just saves me $$$$ I was not aware Bolt in were no longer allowed. That's what I was saving up for then I was going to go U2L Improved Production Car racing. Imagine how happy I would have been when I could not get the car log booked.

musta missed that one, we only just realised we cant use it anyway so it is unwanted. i sent the dimentions to someone else recently.firstly its a pain to get in or out, we wouldn't have managed if the windscreen was in. freight would be exy too

oz, i'm pretty sure you can bolt it in, but the joins of the bars have to be welded. Just have to check the latest schedule J in the CAMS manual...
