OK here is the situation,
Its a nice day thought i would take the mini down to the shops to get a , parked outside the newsagent so i can watch the mini.
Grabbed what i had to grab, back turned to door whilst i paid, Then i hear someone banging on the bonnet of my mini.
Got outside quickly to find a little kid about 3 slapping his hands on the bonnet of my mini, Kids Mum is standing there chatting to her friend saying "Ooh your a noisy little boy today!" (please note no attempt to stop said devil child)
I turned to its mother and said "Please remove your child" not angry, no raised voice.
Told, "Who do you think you are?"
replied, "Its my car , stop him"
"Get over yourself" im told, By this time child has been removed by mothers friend.
Im sure i was not rude. I did not raise my voice.
SO here is the question:
Could i have got away with pushing the mother into traffic? :P

What did you have to buy from the Newsagent? A magazine of some description? Were you going for your monthly/quarterly mini porn?

Yes you would be well within your rights to push her into traffic and kick the lil bastard child onto the road after her :D

I would've went off at her and created such a scene! I have no shame at the best of times so yelling at the top of my lungs using all the cuss words I can think of wouldn't have worried me. I hate parents who don't stop their kids from doing obviously naughty stuff.

This sort of thing makes my blood boil.

That same mother will probably be wondering in 10-13 years time why that same child is out vandalising other peoples property.

If you don't teach them to respect others and their property when they are young, why would they do it as a teen?

I wouldnt try to scare a small child on purpose, yes im not the calmest person in the world and i do have the foulest temper, i can control it if and when i want to.
I do not blame the child in the least, if the mothers friend hadnt removed the child i would have only asked the child to stop what he was doing.
When i was a child i was taught respect for other people and there property and firmly believe that you should treat other people as you wish to be treated.
I have no children, and as such cannot comment on other peoples parenting abilities, i just hope when the little lad gets older he treats his mother with the respect she is teaching him.
