Need to fit a horn and windscreen washer bottle, then I will sort the wiring.
The front is from a Rover and did not have a radiator shroud. I will see how it goes in summer before I do anything with this.

how do you get a car roadworthied and registered without wipers, washers or a horn?!

Yep its adelaide.
I can register my shoe in adelaide if I want to.......but the insurance is a killer!

we don't have to register our shoe's in Vic only cars.
