Does anybody have any pics of their rod change conversion from remote?

I have just fitted mine making 2 brackets and cotton real mounts attaching to the two forward holes of the old rear remote bracket mounting but some thing just doesn't seem right. I don't know if it comes up high enough and when I select reverse the gear knob touches the drivers seat. Also is there any problems with removing the reverse lift gate from the selector box? The whole thing just feels sloppier than the old remote set up even though I rebushed the coupling in the selector box.

Any help would be appreciated greatly - I'm nearly ready for the inspection.

Ok don't need pics anymore, my installation is good.

What I need to know is, in regards to the reverse selection gate, is actually a dimension from the lower edge of the nylon ball to the end of the gear lever. What I did was weld the end of the gear lever where it wears on the gate to build it back up but I may have not ground it down enough to clear the reverse gate properly.

So if some nice person could please tell me that dimension I should be able to sort it out.

Thanks,

Gig
