if its teh black plastic bolt on ones i had to rezize the template when i printed it to 108% or something, then it worked ok, still a lot of fiddling around, i'll try and get some pics up for you, turned out ok tho. i'd start at one end and work your way around.

use the hole on the back ones, lines up with the screw that holds the cover over the grease nipple.

for the front you need to line up the seam and the bottome edge to start off with.

i made a template out of cardboard to help me out when i was doing it

yeah they are a bit of a bitch to put on. Took me ages to get them looking right. they tend to fold and crease and generally take ages to look good. You should try getting them on a clubby van.

ohh I don't know if this is right but I read on tmf that it is really hard to get greasy nipples with sports pack and that people replace the rear nipple with a 90 degree one to make this easier. This leads me to think maybe the hole isn't for the nipple. I did mine months ago and haven't seen the shell since then as at the beaters so can't remember. Could be wrong, usually am :)

I just said greasy nipples and beater... tee hee
