Can anyone recommend a shop, i want toget my door and boot hinges chromed.
for the bling bling effect

I wouldn't bother getting your boot hinges chromed! Search for "Mini hinge" on the UK ebay, and get yaself some already chromed ones! I would imagine it would be alot cheaper? You will have to get ya door hinges done, though.

Well Harley it just so happens that a business here in Melb. did try out a sample of a nico shined door hinge and they were quite reasonable on price. They came out very well. I did also try getting the boot hinges done but they are such a crap metal that they couldn't nico shine them at all. I was very disappointed.

In fact I have just ordered a set of boot hinges from Huddersfield Spares and should get them soon. Keep watch on the Rover.

Do you want to tell us what 3 inches of nico shined boot hinge is worth?

I would like to double check before I went posting it on here and being wrong.

I just remember that I didn't think it was expensive. I was talking to a mini owner who had some chroming done not long ago and he had paid quite high prices for his chroming so I don't think it was much more for nico shine.
