Noooooooooooooooo...!!!!!!!!!!! Make 3 new thick spacers on a lathe...... do it properly. Hole should be 3/8" diameter so they fit snug on the bolts. |

Welding a cast iron flywheel  if or when it lets go it'll be spinning at thousands of rpm right in between your legs
