Hey all,

Just wondering where you get the clear mini tail lights and whether they are legal or not?

Cheers

Yes they are
If you fit these ones you will need extra reflectors

But you can put this type on no problem

In Qld and probably all other states the lights need to have AS/ADR approval for them to be legal.

Some would say they are as attractive as a wet fart on a first date.

These aren't quite as ugly as crystal clear Monaro lights on a VT with the brown/moroon boot garnish in the middle.

Each to their own, they may suit some colour cars.

Have you tried a can of 'Night Shades' (I think that is what it is called). Mask off the reflectors and apply a couple of coats. Just taking some of the colour out of the lights might be enough to make them acceptable.

I bought some clear ones from the UK and the have E markings(legal in Europe), that makes them legal here and I assume in all states of Aussie too, am I correct?
