OK very limited trial but with different fuel in the Avalon this is what I found ( would need to conduct more tests to confirm)

Regular unleaded 13.5L/100km
E10 12.5L/100km
98 RON 12.1 L/100km

One tank of each - run until the fuel light came on and same type of city driving with same driver in each case.
