I have a ute which has had the gutter mould removed from across the windscreen area. I have been told that you can not register a vehicle without this gutter rail in NSW. Any comments

I guess it's a roll of the dice when it comes to who does your rego inspection, it's not illegal, but may require engineers approval to certify that the job was done properly. There are cases where cars have been deseamed poorly, and they've split apart, which is obviously a big safety issue when theres an accident

The drip rail has been removed over the front winscreen only - side rails still in place.
