Nope- I disagree. ALL Minis have a LH thread on the left rear stub axle. Many years ago (when I was a mere lad) it took me hours to suss it out..

The nuts that hold on the axle and have a split pin in them are they all normal threads are is one normal and the other side reverse? I'm done to the last wheel to change to stepped drums (front right) and can't get off the nut, I think the back left had a reverse thread but can't remember now. Any help would be good. |

Thanks Drmini, so the right front one is a normal thread ie. urn left (anti-clockwise) to undo? Bugger, must just be stuck probably because I've had the wheel off all week trying to sort out that screw (used an impact driver on it eventually and that worked). Tried the impact driver on the nut but still no go. Put more WD-40 on it and will leave it over night. 3 wheels on 1 to go, looks sweet though.

Yes the RH one is normal RH thread- anti-clockwise to undo.

I found out the hard way, when i changed studs like, 2 yrs ago, i had to use a 5foot peice of pipe and a 12" 3/4" breaker bar to get the rear nuts off.. but after doing the rear right side, moved to do the left, and it felt the same, but it was tight all the way, lol i just rooted the nut, and all the thread just sheard off and stayed on the hub stud, 
hehehe nothing major , just needed a new nut... but yes... they are different
