i was just wondering wat is the best way to paint my car
eg wat order i put the primer and fish oil and all that stuff
and what is the best stuff to use before the top coat

Oh, now stop your bickering! Back to the subject: as I understand it, assuming it's bare metal you're starting from, etch primer, primer filler x a coupla coats, top coats x a couple of coats, thinning it down each coat and then clear coat x as many coats as you want. And then move your hand vigorously back and forth (rubbing polishing compound over the paint). But there's different levels of quality, from rattle can driveway jobs to 2 pack jobs which can really only be done in the full paint shop.

But the best resource on the internet is J_A_M's web page, which has great pics and info. It's well worth a visit.
