I have seen available in UK

Any1 know where I can buy one from? I believe Kmart used to sell them.

You can use the readily available similar switch available from Supercrap and the likes and add your own fuse link available also from Supercrap or from DSE , Jaycar etc. and use a 5 amp fuse

the fuse is so that you can still run memory / power to things like your radio / cd player / alarm and to make it into an anti theft device just unscrew the round thing and put it in your pocket when you leave the car. Then when sombody trys to start the car the little fuse can't handle the amps being put through it and lets go there fore disableing the car, when you return to it put the screw thingy back in and turn key then drive away

I got my 2 from Big W but they don't seem to have them now.
I have seen them at most other places as said.

These common ones here are plain, don't have a fuse like in your pic.
Don't bypass them with a fuse, use a 5A breaker instead (Jaycar has em). Auto resetting type is even better- see an auto electrician or alarm installer. :wink:
