Anyone know the thread size on the screws of the piono hinge on the back windows. I have to go the next size up as screws are fine but the body size each are basicely gone so have to retap them.
Ill get the wire wheel on them tomoz just to make sure thier is no rust

They are not threads they are csk head self tappers. They are gauge sizes- 8G, 10G, etc. This is because they are just screwed into sheet metal.
I'd go get some S/S ones at a boat shop so they don't rust, take one of yours and get the next size up.
Bias Boating at Parramatta (cnr Barney and Church St) has a good range.

Put some windscreen sealant (butyl mastic) on them before you screw them in.

got a hand full of Grade 6, 8 & 10 screws, now another silly question.
As the PO put the wrong screw/threads in I also think the rubber weather strips also goes between the hing and the Body, is this rite?
I hate Previouse owners as everything he has touched has been screwed

No weatherstrip goes behind there.
Just wipe some windscreen sealant (butyl mastic) around the screw holes before you put the screws in.
The window seal goes over the top, I find it best to use a new window seal.
