nothing too flash or grippy (its on a bog stock moke with no roof, so no rain... therefore no wet weather driving...)

where does everyone suggest?

Falkens 165/70-10 would be better on sand, but you want 4.5" or 5" wide wheels..

I picked up a set of Bridgestones this week. They came from a Newcastle dealer who in the end found a set in Coffs Harbour as none were available locally. All were date stamped mid 2008. Mates rates and were around the $60 dollar mark and had them fitted/balanced for $5 a wheel. The local Bridgestone dealer was quoting $90 each, fitted.
