I am after some help on mounting a 13 row oil cooler.
Where are they mounted?
Do I need a special kit?
And is there any panel work needed?
Cheers Pete

you're in luck - I took the motor out of my cooper last night, so here are some pics of the 'proper' bracket arrangement. The lip on the bottom part of the grille surround is bent back, and some brackets come up from the base of the scuttle. I didn't bother with the brackets when I put the cooler in my van, and I cut the lip instead of just bending it, but it doesn't matter much. it goes in front of the starter motor, and towards the centre of the car. You'll need to remove the grille panel support upright, or try mounting it closer to the drivers side, but I reckon it'd be more of a pain than it is already
