This evening, I was not near my Mini but the mini was parked in the driveway. Was trying to give a big clean of the garage. Neighbour also fixing somthing at the front of his garage. Our garage are very close.

I walked away, then while I was walking back, suddenly saw a loser leaned 1/3rd of his body from the side window of a new black ford falcon (i think), winded up a middle finger and angrily bursting: "Minis - a farken piece of s hit(mixed with the noise from the big and heavy exhaust from the falcon)". My presence wasn't noticed as I was just at the other corner of the block but saw it all happened. I felt sorry to my neighbour cus it wasn't him who owned my Mini but got a middle finger and all that crap from someone for nothing. :?

Lucky it was daytime, if it was parked out at night, I can't imagine what follows. A reminder that these stupid hoons/people are always around. But most of the time, I just mostly get people's smile from the Mini...what has happened today was quite an exception.

OMG the hoons are coming! The Hooooons are coming!

(I hear on A Current Affair they eat children and breathe fire and a singularly responsible for the destruction of Australian values!)

He probably would have shouted "Mazdas / Nissans / Holdens" or whatever - in which case he's going to be quite busy as he's got a lot of ground to cover.

What he'll probably never realise is that everytime he does it, he's just advertising his chronically low intelligence rather than any automotive superiority. As Bill Connelly said "they're more to be pitied than scolded".

Haha , taxi drivers with no taxi sign. Could have been a cop car seized by he thugs, huh? lol

Yes, its a bit of a bogan area sometmes, but same everywhere now, so not very very unusual. The garage is like 30kms from where I live as I only have a carport here...

Yeah, I live up the hill from boganville so I know all about dodgy bogans in commos and falcons.

But in the end it doesn't bother me too much. People ask why I own such a 'crap' small car. I don't bother explaining anymore, as they don't understand. So if you are happy with your car then awesome. They obviously aren't happy with theirs if they have to make themselves feel bigger by putting others down.

Hey is this the GTi powered Mini btw? :) That's no piece of crap.. 8)

The bogan probably knows about the 2 falcons in 77 at bathurst. If ony he knew about the 9 minis in 66.

And if he owned a mini it would sadly be a peice of crap (god forbid) cos it would have no brakes, no maintenance or respect and he would probably understeer it into a gutter and smash the sump

Ok so here's the thing though...

'bogans reproducing'

My theory that possibly challenges Charles Darwin's theory of natural selection.

Bogans attract bogans. They pop em out early, most often before the age of 20, and even when still in high school. The children are born without a chance at this life, and continue the lifestyle of their parents, and the group in which their parents associate with. This life cycle continues, and because of the low age of reproduction, it happens much faster than your superior homosapien.

What i've experienced with the Conformadore drivers in Geelong (if you are from Geelong you know what I mean), is that when they see the Mini have this overwhelming need to prove themselves/their car.
