Hey All

I Attempt my first Tarmac 'Khana this Sunday (July 31st) on the Eastern Creek Skidpan.

Should be fun

Anyone wanting to come along, it's free (AFAIK) to watch, or if you wanna compete, you need to be a Mini Club member, and also a Member of Group 7 (but that's only 10 bucks and I'm 99% sure you can join on the day). Well technically, you could be a member of any car club associated with Group 7 but I'm a little biased towards the Mini Club . This event is being run by the North Shore Sporting Car Club (NSSCC).

Make sure you have a little extra pressure in the tyres. I was officialling at a state khana a few years ago and saw a young girl roll her Dato 1200 on my test.
Low tyre pressure + extreme trye roll + rim hitting the contrete = car on it's lid.
