I actually like the look of it.

There is a nice red one getting around Adelaide. It's not the same though (obviously... ). It's a round nose but still a chopped down sedan. The owner, who is a member of Hotbricks bought it already modified. It shows that a chopped down sedan can actually look cool and unique.

There's a small pic of it in the recent TME in the Mini's At The Mill Article (along with a picture of my filthy engine :) )

My panelbeater built one of these when he lived in NZ.

I am building one now, just trying to figure out if I will use the C pillar as the B pillar or something else. I will more than likely just thin down the original C pillar so I can use original glass.

Yeah ive had a good look at it and i think its the flares and the roll-bar that makes it look poo.
But i guess with everything its all down to personal prefrance.

It's got Mini Miami on the boot lid, which indicates it was probably converted by GB's Mini and Moke World. :? They did a lot of them in the late-80's and early 90's.

Cheers,
