THat is one bloody tidy engine bay!!

Don't know if I could quite justify that kind of money on a mini though.

`For a Clubby' it looks pretty damn good, even with that cheapo Chinese made alloy rocker cover.. :P

Bearing in mind that these prices are in pounds not in dollars, and straight of JKD, KAD or minisport websites..

$3000 on five speed gearbox
$300 on quickshift
$800 on SalisburyLSD
$4000 on rediculously built 1400-odd cc engine
$500 on new subframes
$300 on suspension
$280 on front brakes
$630 on rear disc conversion
......that's ten grand right there and these are prices without labour to install them.

I can quite easily see where you could spend $20,000 when you're getting down to replacing silly little things like the alternator, loom, dizzy, flywheel, all your boots, rubbers, hoses etc, and then with labour added on top??? Then add another $10,000 for a perfect show quality file finish prep job with rust cut out and new panels welded in etc and then immaculate paint. THen add interior trimming (those seats??), roll cage, the wheels and tyres??

YOu can see where the money could add up if you didn't do it yourself, but I doubt it would be $40,000. ISn't that stretching it just a little bit??

Regardless, beautiful clubby!
