I'm rebuilding an 1100 engine and I have me a little parts list --- Valves for a 202 1098 valve springs Valve guides Valve stem seals Bypass hose fitting Bypass hose Manifold studs and nuts Thermostat housing Thermostat studs Cam Followers ..some things are bigger than others, but i was wondering where people would recommend the cheapest place to get these things from? It's by no means a 'performance' build, it's just meant to get my gf round as reliable as possible ![]() Cheers, Sam |

Karcraft I reakon. They are competitive, but more importantly they are generally pretty good as far as availability is concerned. |

I have always liked using the UK. Minispares cops a lot of work from me but you have to be careful of some of their stuff, especially the more critical items. Minisport UK are good as well, but their freight is hideous. Don't be afraid to get some of the smaller guys out of the magazines a go however. They are often every bit as cheap and can be better for freight. |

I've found Minispares to be very good to deal with. I've bought several large items such as bumpers and a wiring harness and even with the freight on them they were about half the Australian price. ![]() Most orders seem to get here in about a week, which would be similar to most Australian suppliers. (Mind you, I ordered some stuff from karcraft once at about 4pm and it was on my doorstep at 9.30 the next day). ![]() ![]() |

karcraft are good. I have got some stuff from minispares and they are good. If you become a member on the mini forum (5 - 10 pounds I think) your get a 7.5% discount ( from memory) as well. I like mini sport in adelaide as well |
