Its an old Flexiglass Challenge brand hardtop to suit a 1966-1979 Moke with a top fill tank. They did also have hard doors available to suit. The top has sliding side glass windows a rear window door and a spare wheel well in the roof. These are one of the better after market ones available. |

The Flexiglass Challenge hardtop was a factory accessory towards the end of Moke production. I looked a buying a new Moke in 1981. I got all the brochures and info at the Sydney Motor Show, I ended up skipping the Moke and getting a Leyland T-shirt. ![]() |

I actually only sold one of these a couple of weeks ago and delivered it to Melbourne last weekend. It was complete and still had the lockable hard doors and the lift a dot fasteners so you can attach soft vinyl doors. There are still plenty around you just have to look carefully, alot of them survived better than the Mokes they were fitted to but they also saved a lot of Moke floors from rusting by keeping the crap out. |
