Point me in the right direction boys, my van's fitted with all Rover gear and has a circuit check switch in the lower dash. Today it decided to ****** and by the time I got home it's staying on solid. Even with the ignition off.
I'm showing my mechanical naivety here but what should I be looking for?
As far as I know everything is as per usual, all lights, A/C etc are OK so I'm stumped as to why it's come on.
What kind of fault dos it recognize, just a blown light bulb or a poor earth somewhere?

Any help will be great guys!!

The light comes on after all the brake fluid is gone.
I'd check that.

So that's what that switch is for

really it should just be a light. The switch function only acts as to test the circuit so you know if the light is working.
