my steering rack is buggered. are the ones from minisport anygood? Are they a straight up swap in out job? My mechanic will be doing this, and I will be helping. So i dont bugger it up hehe

Yeah they are are straight swap........remember that you HAVE to drop the subframe away from the body for removal and installation, its a fun job :lol:

It's not that bad, even with hydro (like mine is).
Main thing to remember- try the two U-bolts in the floor from above first, squeeze em in a vice until they fit in easy.
They tend to widen out in use. :wink:

Please Do not forget to Put The column on the Rack Then bolt column to dash Then Tighten U bolts Up Last, Oh And Check the splines on your column before putting back on

When you lower the subframe be careful not to break the jet on the carb.
