Heyas,
Well the little fella came to life today after many frustrated attempts. I noticed that there was fuel gettin to the floats but not to the engine. So a bit of grinding on the header bolt holes to make them sit flush with the inlet manifold was in order as well as a good clean of the twin carbys with new jets and gaskets (one of the needles accidentally hit the floor tho

but its straightened up well enough to run).
Only ran it for a few minutes and only on choke, so tomorrow is setting the timing proper then adjusting the carby settings. Sounds real tough - especially with no exhaust!
What needles should i get for it, i have no idea whats in it (twin hs2's)??. Its a 1100s stock as far as i know with lcbs and will have a 1.75" into a RC40.
I might get some video footage up tomorrow if i have time.
Cheers,
Dave
