The rear sub frame support pin that is.

One of mine has a strip of rust corrosion about 1mm deep right along the length of the shaft - not just surface but starting to eat below the surface. it's effecting the 'roundness' more than the strength integrity I would think but just wondering if it would be of concern.
This is the pin I mean

If you can imagine that strip of white as the rust that is about the size and shape

Ah, just coat it in neversieze and put it together.
If you are worried, polish it. Removing surface im-perfections from a bit of metal makes it stronger.
